Excellent location close to the airport. Very clean hotel. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent and a big choice. Hotel gave us a room upgrade which we highly appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back for a third visit. Thank you

Everything was perfect. Starting from the front desk, houskeeping, breakfast and dinner were perfect.I wish to give more than 5 stars to this hotel.We got free upgrade to Intercontinental, next door hotel.

Pool is great. Spaciousness of rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff all round, from lifeguards to reception staff and porters. Proximity to Mall to buy food / grocery / any incidentals. Cafe on site served nice coffee. Air quality seemed good (tested it) in room, even though it seemed a unified / through hotel air con system which I originally doubted. Had water front view room and amazing night view / skyline.

Visited for a full week with 2 kids on half board - the food choice on a high level and a great choice - clean and a perfect service - the staff is a super professional, nice and super helpful!!! Following names made our vacation: Mr.Ulugbek both at breakfast and lunch at intercontinental Mrs. Naliya Russian speaking lady at the reception , and of course Mr. Baba the guy with the best smile who made up our bed and room !

Excellent location great value for money. Arrived at 9 30am check in was at 3pm went for breakfast got call saying room ready checked in 1130am Get a call everyday to check everything ok Staff is awsome big thanks to mohsin ,mohammad and prem.

Everything was lovely. Nayila at the reception gave us an early check in and also nearby rooms They also sent a birthday cake for my twin kids at 12 am sharp with their names written. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you sooooo much

Facility was okay, though my room was a little stuffy and needed to have been ventilated to minimize smells due to heavy use. The staff members were nice and friendly. The breakfast area seems not spacious enough to accommodate the guests' traffic to the dining area.
